Deposit with Qmoney
  • To deposit with Qcell, simply send the money to our Qcell mobile number: +220 3199555.
  • Once you have successfully transferred your money, contact our customer support team by phone or WhatsApp on this number +220 3199555. Make sure you provide your Online Account ID and the amount that you have transferred.
  • Our Customer Service team will then have your account credited once confirmation is received. 

 

  • To deposit with Afrimoney, simply ensure that your mobile number is registered with Africell in order to use this option.
  • Click on Deposit found under your My Account on the top right corner of your screen 
 
 
  • On the deposit screen, simply enter the amount you wish to deposit then click on ‘Complete Deposit’
  • You will receive an sms with your Merchant ID. Once received simply dial *777# then press on send.
  • On the screen, select pending then proceed to Merchant Payment which will be the number 3 on your phone.
  • Insert your Mobile Pin number then select number 1 in order to confirm your transaction.
  • Once confirmed, your account shall be successfully credited with the amount in your Bwinners account.
 

Wave

  • Send your money to our Wave mobile number +220 2122211
  • Once you have successfully transferred your money, contact our customer support team by phone or WhatsApp on this number +220 2122211. Make sure you provide your Online Account ID and the amount that you have transferred.
  • Our Customer Service team will then have your account credited once confirmation is received.
  • Head to our nearest Shop or POS, ask the cashier to deposit online, using your online account ID.
  • Make sure you keep the receipt (Note: this deposit code can be redeemed ONLY by your account).
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on Deposit found under your My Account on the top right corner of your screen
  • Select Shop Cash as deposit method
  • Enter your code found on your receipt then click on ‘Complete deposit’.
